All GioMind subscriptions are purchased and processed through the Apple App Store. Therefore, ALL refund requests and cancellations must be handled directly through Apple, not GioMind.

GioMind does NOT have the ability to issue refunds or cancel subscriptions directly.

1. SUBSCRIPTION OVERVIEW

1.1 Subscription Type

• GioMind offers MONTHLY subscriptions only

• No weekly, yearly, or lifetime options currently available

• No free trial period

1.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store

• You are charged through your Apple ID account

• Prices may vary by region and currency

• Prices include applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) where required

1.3 Automatic Renewal

• Your subscription automatically renews each month

• You will be charged 24 hours before the current period ends

• Subscription continues until you cancel

• You retain access through the end of the paid period after cancellation

2. NO FREE TRIAL

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE

• GioMind does NOT currently offer a free trial period

• You will be charged immediately upon subscribing

• Payment begins on the date you subscribe

• There is NO trial period to cancel before being charged

If you see a free trial offer, it may be a promotional offer from Apple or a limited-time promotion. Standard subscriptions do NOT include a free trial.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your GioMind subscription:

ON IPHONE OR IPAD:

1. Open the Settings app

2. Tap your name at the top

3. Tap "Subscriptions"

4. Find and tap "GioMind"

5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

6. Confirm cancellation

ON MAC:

1. Open the App Store app

2. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar

3. Click "View Information"

4. Scroll to "Subscriptions" and click "Manage"

5. Find "GioMind" and click "Edit"

6. Click "Cancel Subscription"

ON APPLE TV:

1. Open Settings

2. Go to Users and Accounts → [your account]

3. Select "Subscriptions"

4. Find "GioMind"

5. Select "Cancel Subscription"

ONLINE (reportaproblem.apple.com):

1. Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com

2. Sign in with your Apple ID

3. Find your GioMind subscription

4. Click "Manage" or "Cancel"

3.2 When to Cancel

• You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before renewal, you may be charged for the next month

3.3 Effect of Cancellation

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period

• You will retain full access until the paid period ends

• After the period ends, you will lose access to premium features

• Your account and data remain (you just lose premium access)

• You can re-subscribe at any time

3.4 No Partial Refunds

• Canceling your subscription does NOT entitle you to a refund for the current month

• You have already paid for the full month and will keep access until it ends

• If you want a refund, you must request it from Apple (see Section 5)

4. REFUND POLICY

4.1 GioMind Cannot Issue Refunds

• GioMind does NOT process payments directly

• GioMind does NOT have access to your payment information

• GioMind CANNOT issue refunds

• ALL refund requests must be submitted to Apple

4.2 Apple's Refund Policy Applies

Your refund request is subject to:

• Apple's App Store Refund Policy

• Apple's Terms and Conditions

• Apple's discretion

We have NO control over whether Apple approves or denies your refund request.

4.3 Apple's General Refund Policy

Apple's policy (as of this writing):

• Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis

• Apple may grant refunds for accidental purchases

• Apple may grant refunds for technical issues preventing use

• Apple generally does NOT grant refunds for "changed mind" or dissatisfaction

• Apple's decision is final

4.4 Refund Processing Time

If Apple approves your refund:

• Processing typically takes 3-5 business days

• Refund appears on your original payment method

• You may lose access to the service immediately upon refund

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND FROM APPLE

5.1 Online Refund Request (Recommended)

STEP 1: Go to Apple's Report a Problem page

• Visit: https://reportaproblem.apple.com

• Sign in with your Apple ID and password

STEP 2: Find your GioMind purchase

• Browse recent purchases or search for "GioMind"

• Locate the subscription charge you want refunded

STEP 3: Report a problem

• Click "Report a Problem" next to the purchase

• Select a reason from the dropdown (e.g., "I didn't mean to purchase this item")

• Describe your issue in the text box

• Click "Submit"

STEP 4: Wait for Apple's response

• Apple will review your request

• You'll receive an email with their decision

• If approved, refund will be processed

5.2 Contact Apple Support Directly

If the online method doesn't work:

5.3 Information to Provide

When requesting a refund, be prepared to provide:

• Your Apple ID email

• Date of purchase

• Reason for refund request

• Any relevant details or issues

6. WHEN REFUNDS MAY BE GRANTED (BY APPLE)

Apple may approve refunds in these situations:

Accidental Purchase

• You or someone else accidentally subscribed

• You didn't intend to make the purchase

• Purchase was made without your knowledge

Technical Issues

• The app does not work as described

• Persistent bugs prevent use of core features

• Service is unavailable for extended period

Unauthorized Purchase

• Purchase was made without your authorization

• Child made purchase without permission

• Account was compromised

Billing Errors

• Duplicate charges

• Charged incorrect amount

• Charged after cancellation

Misleading Information

• App description was materially false or misleading

• Features advertised are not available

NOTE: Even in these cases, refunds are at Apple's discretion.

7. WHEN REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED

Apple typically does NOT grant refunds for:

Changed Mind

• You decided you don't want the subscription

• You found a different app you prefer

Dissatisfaction

• You don't like the content or features

• The app didn't meet your expectations

• You're unhappy with the service

Failure to Cancel

• You forgot to cancel before renewal

• You didn't cancel in time to avoid charges

Unused Time

• You subscribed but didn't use the app much

• You want a partial refund for unused days

Account Termination

• Your account was suspended or banned for violating Terms of Use

• You voluntarily deleted your account

Feature Changes

• We changed or removed features

• We updated the app and you don't like the changes

Personal Circumstances

• Financial difficulties

• Changed personal situation

• No longer need the service

IMPORTANT: Even in "no refund" situations, you can still request a refund from Apple. They may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis, but it's unlikely.

8. RESTORE PURCHASES

8.1 If You Previously Purchased

If you purchased a subscription and:

• Reinstalled the app

• Got a new device

• Signed in with a different account

You can restore your purchase:

TO RESTORE:

1. Open GioMind app

2. Go to Settings (or Premium/Subscription section)

3. Tap "Restore Purchases"

4. Sign in with the Apple ID you used for original purchase

5. Your subscription will be restored

8.2 Restore Issues

If restore doesn't work:

• Verify you're using the same Apple ID

• Check that subscription is still active (not expired or canceled)

• Try logging out and back into your Apple ID

• Contact Apple Support if issues persist

8.3 No Restore = No Active Subscription

If "Restore Purchases" doesn't restore anything:

• You may not have an active subscription

• Subscription may have expired

• You may have used a different Apple ID

• Purchase may have been refunded

9. BILLING ISSUES

9.1 Unexpected Charges

If you see unexpected charges:

CHECK YOUR SUBSCRIPTION STATUS:

• Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions

• Check if GioMind subscription is active

• Check renewal date

COMMON CAUSES:

• Forgot to cancel before renewal

• Didn't cancel in time (must be 24+ hours before renewal)

• Multiple devices with different Apple IDs

IF CHARGE IS INCORRECT:

• Contact Apple Support immediately

• Provide details of the unexpected charge

• Request investigation

9.2 Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times:

• Contact Apple Support immediately

• Provide proof of duplicate charges

• Apple will investigate and refund if confirmed

9.3 Charged After Cancellation

If you're charged after canceling:

CHECK:

• Did you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal?

• Did cancellation confirmation appear?

• Check email for Apple cancellation receipt

IF CONFIRMED:

• This is a billing error

• Contact Apple Support immediately

• Provide cancellation confirmation

• Request refund

9.4 Wrong Amount Charged

If charged incorrect amount:

• Prices may change with notice

• Currency exchange rates may vary

• Taxes may apply

• Check current subscription price in App Store

• Contact Apple if amount is definitely incorrect
